Stylist Amanda Mbalire was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden with roots in East Africa. After her studies she spent 12 years abroad traveling all over the world and ended up in London. She started her career as an intern at Elle UK with led her to assisting high end stylists such as William Gilchrist and Cathy Kasterine on editorials such as Vogue Italia, Dazed, ID and commercials by Guy Richie among others. After that she went on working as a wardrobe assistant in L.A before going back home to Sweden. Amanda now works as a Creative Stylist for some of Swedens leading Directors and Photographers. She combines her knowledge of the school fashion print era and pop culture with the current internet culture and her passion and goal is to inspire other people, despite background or profession.
