Jörgen Ringstrand, born in 1967, was born and raised in Malmö in the south of Sweden. He first started his photography career at the age of 12 when he built his first camera obscura and a small darkroom. Inspired by photo journalism he walked the streets of Copenhagen and Berlin documenting what he saw, leading to his first solo exhibition at the age of 16. The years that followed turned him in to one of the top Photographers in his field shooting for high end clients and magazines all over the world. He now lives between Stockholm and New York combining family life with Photography and his own Art Director work.
